Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided and are activitated.
The text is single-spaced; uses 12-point, Cambria font with one space after a sentence-ending period; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); title, subtitles, and paragraphs are flush left with paragraph indentations, with no extra space between paragraphs; and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end. For titles, subtitles, and headings, the first word is capitalized, and each additional word is also capitalized, except for articles, conjunctions, and prepositions that are fewer than five letters.
- For Research Articles and Reports from the Field, a 100-word abstract is provided with the submission.
